2) Ship your core with tracking to:

3) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

Note:

Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover return shipping costs for core items. You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning their core.

If you have purchased a Randys Transmission product, we must receive the core no later than 30 Days after the product delivery date.

0-60 Days: Full Deposit if the core passes the inspection.

61-120 Days: 25% of your eligible core refund amount will be deducted.

The FiCM arrived quickly and and got my truck up and running again. Started right up, no error codes. Good price. And very helpful staff. They answered my questions by email at like 10pm. I almost felt bad. For anyone wondering if they could swap this part themselves: you totally can. No special tools or skills required. No real strength required. You need a pair of pliers, 8mm and 10mm socket. Thats it. There are lots of good videos online. I would also suggest a small step ladder and an old pillow or blanket. You will be layed across the engine. Take the time to drain some coolant and take the overflow off or suffer near endless frustration. The engine bay of a 6.0 offers severel excellent cold snack platforms. You will wonder at several different points if Ford went out of their way to make this task as difficult as they could. Just stick with it. You'll get there.
