Seems to fit great, looks good. Still building the truck so I haven’t got to hear it yet.
Wow! Just Wow! Just after I purchased my down pipe I received an email thanking me for the purchase ! Totally not needed but a nice touch. Today I had the time to replace the old down pipe, and the quality difference with the PPE pipe is amazing. Everything fit as it should and was a pretty easy install. I have attached the old MBRP picture as well as the new PPE one. Thanks Again Randy S
Nice quality part and appears well built, as mentioned in other reviews you need to space back the trans fill tube to clear this but that’s minor.

Getting the old one out is a pain in the ass, need to temporarily remove the tranny lipstick and tube. Install of the PPE Downpipe was easy and sounds way better .

Awesome fabrication great quality downpipe, was a pain to get the oem downpipe out, took about an hour in total, turbo whistles way more, has a deeper exhaust tone, sounds really good.
For the price I could not ask for more. Fits the turbo and stock bracket nicely but you will have to modify you transmission dip stick tune. I just put some larger nuts under the tube brackets and had just enough threads to put the original nuts back on. This just keeps the tune off the down pipe.

Due to a light accident my tailpipe got pushed forward enough to bend all the exhaust hangers and snap the flange off the stock downpipe. This replacement was perfect.

Great product. Fits perfect. The quality of material and the welds are top notch. Plus I makes the truck sound so much better. Gives it a nice low tone.
You may need to adapt your transmission filler tube to keep using the stock tube, or you'll have to replace it with a driver side tube. The PPE down pipe, with its much thicker heat wrap compared to other options, also adds at least a half inch to the girth of the pipe. On my stock LLY, once the PPE pipe is installed, the trans tube cannot be re-installed onto the bracket bolts. It's off by 2 inches, give or take. Removing the heat shield fabric doesn't close the gap sufficiently, leading me to think this issue will be present with any 3" down pipe on my truck. Once you run into this problem and run a search on what others are doing to remedy it, you'll see it's a relatively common issue but it's not described on most down pipe descriptions and you won't find mention of it in popular how-to videos. As for the pipe itself, it appears to be quality made. But PPE should make note of the trans tube issue since it does affect some trucks and can leave you in a bind.
This is a must do upgrade. I shook my head once I finally pulled the OEM down pipe out of the truck, what a joke- a pancaked pipe with minimal air flow. My truck sounds way better and has a great throttle response. Great quality and nice thermal wrap.
This pipe was a huge improvement in responsiveness and also lowers egt's. Bolts against the firewall were a pain to get but if I can do it you can.

Not a fun job getting the old pipe/heat shields out but once that was done, install went very well! Highly recommend, sounds awesome!
Tricky install, but overall fits great. Much better midrange exhaust tone, overall better sound. Also noticed small fuel economy gains. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to change the factory down pipe.
Fit good everything lined up nice but the exhaust wrap isn’t the best
Very good craftsmanship, was a pain to get the old downpipe out but this one went in very well, the provided gasket doesn’t fit on the back of the turbo, so I had to crank the v band clamp down real tight, and no leaks

This down pipe lines up perfect I like that it come with a gasket (kind of a pain to install) would definitely recommend getting new v band clamps when doing this job. Only gripe I had was there was no instructions or how to mount the tranny dip stick as obviously this down pipe is bigger and not oval. Over all very nice product for the price.
