Description

The BD 1043918 Replaces the factory exhaust up-pipes (exhaust manifold to the turbo) which are prone to leakage due to deterioration. BD up-pipes are designed to minimize restriction to the turbo utilizing internally shielded expansion bellows. The turbo Y-adapter is made from high-silicon ductile iron. The BD up-pipes are a durable, longer-life replacement for this common PowerStroke problem and are perfect as an upgrade while performing other engine or transmission repairs.

Bought during Black Friday for a real good deal with shipping to Edmonton. Just installed it today, although had to do it a little different then what the manual says, make sure there is 0 gap between any of the pipes! Overall seems well built and good quality.

2004.5-2007 Powerstroke Up Pipes Kit W/ EGR Connector (1043918)

The parts fit really well and were easier than stock to install. 2 things I had problems with was a stud stuck in my manifold causing me to pull the manifold off. The other this was trying to put the down pipe back on it really didn’t want to fit passed the up pipe.
