2003-2013 Cummins Heavy Duty Steering Kit w/ Single KING Steering Stabilizer (8525-14)

The 8525-14 Heavy Duty Steering Kit by Synergy MFG is built for Dodge Ram owners running oversized tires who want premium damping from a King 2.0 stabilizer. This package updates your truck to modern T-style steering geometry, eliminating the excessive toe change of the old Y-style setup without introducing the bump steer common to crossover conversions. Engineered to handle the weight of a Cummins powerplant, the kit provides 2" of additional ground clearance and is rated 200% stronger than stock. This kit will give you the strongest Dodge Drag Link and the strongest Dodge Tie Rod on the market!

Drag Link

• Precision bent to clear factory axle brackets and compatible from stock to 4" of lift (vehicles over 4" of lift require a drop pitman arm).
• Made from 1-1/2" x .250 wall USA made DOM.
• The Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment of the drag link length without removing it from the vehicle.
• Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
• Comes with Synergy HD metal on metal tie rod ends.

Tie Rod

• Engineered and bent from 1-1/2" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, over 200% stronger than OEM.
• Bent to clear sway bar mounts, differential cover and steering pitman arm.
• Provides 2" of additional ground clearance over the stock tie rod.
• Single plane tie rod ends eliminate unwanted tie rod flop and the dead spot when changing direction.
• Fully sealed from the elements by forged pinch bolt housings and a complete welded assembly.

King 2.0 Stabilizer and Clamp

• Synergy tuned King 2.0 steering stabilizer, valved for the weight and steering geometry of the Ram Cummins.
• Fabricated 4050-50 clamp mounts the stabilizer to the 1.5" Synergy tie rod and also accepts the factory or other aftermarket stabilizers using a 1/2" mounting bolt.
• Pinch bolt design eliminates jam nuts, preventing loosening and alignment creep.

• For 03-08 trucks using the stock pitman arm, switching to the Mopar pitman arm for 08.5+ trucks is recommended if not already equipped. Mopar P/N: 68039930AA.
• Compatible with Ram 3500 4x4 Cab and Chassis models of the same generation. Not compatible with 4500 / 5500 models.
• Synergy MFG cannot guarantee fitment with all aftermarket differential covers.
• If the cotter pin does not engage the castle nut on install, a washer is required. This varies by knuckle casting and wear.
• Warning: 2013 Dodge Ram 3500s were a split year. Early trucks use T-style steering (the drag link attaches to the tie rod). Late trucks use crossover steering (the drag link attaches to the knuckle). Please verify which style you have before ordering.
