Description
The 8525-15 Heavy Duty Steering Kit by Synergy MFG is the top of the 2003-2013 Ram range, pairing the full T-style steering conversion with a dual King 2.0 stabilizer setup. Inline opposing stabilizers neutralise the push and pull of a single nitrogen charged unit and deliver maximum vibration suppression on 35" to 40"+ tires. Engineered for the weight of a Cummins powerplant, the kit provides 2" of additional ground clearance and is rated 200% stronger than stock.

Drag Link
- Precision bent to clear factory axle brackets and compatible from stock to 4" of lift (over 4" requires a drop pitman arm).
- Made from 1-1/2" x .250 wall USA made DOM.
- Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment without removing it from the vehicle.
- Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish.
- Comes with Synergy HD metal on metal tie rod ends.
Tie Rod
- Engineered and bent from 1-1/2" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, over 200% stronger than OEM.
- Bent to clear sway bar mounts, differential cover and steering pitman arm.
- Provides 2" of additional ground clearance over the stock tie rod.
- Single plane tie rod ends eliminate tie rod flop and the dead spot when changing direction.
- Fully sealed by forged pinch bolt housings and a complete welded assembly.
Dual King 2.0 Stabilizer Setup
- Heavy duty axle side bracket mounts twin stabilizers in an opposing configuration to neutralise steering pull.
- Two fabricated clamps mount the stabilizers to the 1.5" Synergy tie rod.
- Synergy tuned King 2.0 stabilizers, valved for the weight and steering geometry of the Ram Cummins.
- All hardware finished in a two stage abrasion resistant powder coat.

Notes
- Compatible with Ram 3500 4x4 Cab and Chassis models of the same generation. Not compatible with 4500 / 5500 models.
- Synergy MFG cannot guarantee fitment with all aftermarket differential covers.
- If the cotter pin does not engage the castle nut on install, a washer is required. This varies by knuckle casting and wear.
- For 03-08 trucks using the stock pitman arm, switching to the Mopar pitman arm for 08.5+ trucks is recommended if not already equipped. Mopar P/N: 68039930AA.
- Warning: 2013 Dodge Ram 3500s were a split year. Early trucks use T-style steering (the drag link attaches to the tie rod). Late trucks use crossover steering (the drag link attaches to the knuckle). Please verify which style you have before ordering.
