2003-2012 Cummins Big Iron Oil Pan (BICR5967OP)

The BICR5967OP is the Big Iron cast-iron oil pan for the 2003-2012 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins — a heavy-duty replacement for the factory pan that addresses two known weaknesses on the platform. The factory pan flexes under hard use (towing, sled pulling, high-RPM operation) which leads to gasket leaks and stress cracks; the Big Iron pan is thicker cast iron with a reinforced sealing lip that holds the gasket flat under load. It also has four drain holes machined through the drain plug nut, so the pan actually drains completely on every oil change — the factory single-hole design always leaves residue behind.

Direct bolt-on replacement for 2003-2012 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins. Uses the 6.7L oil pan bolts (longer than the 5.9L bolts) — if you're installing on a 5.9L truck, source 6.7L bolts before starting the job.
