The Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit for the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke is a critical upgrade for any owner looking to protect their injectors and improve performance. This V3 kit eliminates the "dead-head" factory fuel rails and includes a complete Fuel Bowl Delete, removing the restrictive factory filter bowl to significantly increase fuel flow to the heads. This V3 kit is now confirmed to fit with Odawg S2 & S3 Intake Manifolds! By ensuring each injector has constant fuel volume and pressure, this kit eliminates "Wide Open Throttle Pressure Drop," reduces injector noise, and extends the life of both stock and aftermarket injectors.

Notes

  • SECONDARY FILTRATION REQUIRED: Because this kit deletes the factory fuel bowl, you MUST have a secondary fuel filtration system (such as a FASS, AirDog, or Driven Diesel Pre/Post Kit) already installed.
  • NOT FOR STOCK PUMPS: This kit is NOT compatible with the factory fuel pump/filter housing. It is designed for use with aftermarket fuel delivery systems.
  • AFTERMARKET ALTERNATORS: The regulator bracket mounts to the alternator. Some high-amp aftermarket alternators use a different housing that may require bracket modification.
  • BIO-DIESEL: While improved for bio-diesel compatibility, we recommend concentrations of B20 or less to protect fuel filter element glues.
  • DOES NOT FIT E-SERIES: This kit is designed for Pickup and Excursion models and will not fit the E-Series Van.
  • BLUE SPRING NOTE: Use of this kit eliminates the stock fuel pressure regulator assembly. You do not need the Ford "Blue Spring" kit.
  • OIL BOWL MODIFICATION: If your truck still has the stock oil filter bowl, you may need to trim the unused fuel filter portion or replace it with a "standalone" oil bowl for the cleanest installation.
