KC kept those in mind by putting together this affordable turbo that is reminiscent of their original KC Stage 2 turbo. The stock Garrett cover has been milled out to accept a larger 64mm compressor wheel. KC also replaced the bearings in the center section with the upgraded 360-thrust washer. All while still carrying their complete KC Turbos 1-year unlimited mile warranty!
If you're wondering how this one compares to the Jetfire, the Jetfire turbos will outperform these budget turbos in every way. They will spool faster, make more power, and have a lot more upgraded parts. - KC builds their stage 2 turbos from 2003 cores. These come with the better turbine wheel, better vanes, and will bolt on ANY YEAR. Some years you will only run 2 mounting bolts instead of 3.
