Power Rating: 725HP Max

Modifying a Duramax is one of the most fun things you can do! And even though the Allison 1000 is a great transmission, the Duramax can overpower it with a couple of choice mods. This is unfortunate because you want to stay out on the road enjoying the power you're making! We've paired with Randy's transmissions who offer mild to crazy Allison transmission builds that can work with any build you're planning! This stage 2 is already rated to a sweet 725hp!

Ask a Question
  • Does this transmission come with a billet input shaft. And will it need it when making 725hp?

This should include a billet input shaft along with the billet stator, to handle the increased torque and horsepower over stock. A billet shaft will be necessary to hit 725HP as you're likely producing between 1,300 and 1,500 lb-ft of torque.
