I ordered this part on a Sunday, as well as the 400 dollar radiator hose kit. And some other items that were actually spec’d wrong because of the ai chat bot. Hours before they opened on Monday morning I emailed requesting my shipment be put on hold until the parts got straightened out because I realized they were wrong. That day at lunch I got an email saying the bypass tube was on back order for 6 weeks. So I replied immediately to have my order cancelled. I could not wait 6 weeks. I knew they would ship half the order just to make a sale on the items they had in stock. Tuesday afternoon after wasting two business days, I got an email saying my radiator hoses and other 3 items that were sourced incorrectly were shipped. Go figure. Oh but don’t worry, we added extra stickers in there to smooth things over. Two years ago I ordered the PPE stainless steel coolant return pipe and they shipped me the wrong item. I was down for 3 weeks because I had to send it back. They had to receive it before they would send the proper part. Luckily when I spent 7k on injectors and lift pumps I bought it all through the dmaxstore. I will never order here again.
