Description
Industrial Injection Premium Stock Plus 6.6L LB7 Duramax long block for 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500. A balanced and blue-printed crate long block built on the stock Duramax rotating assembly with the upgrades that address the common LB7 failure points — coated/chamfered de-lipped pistons, ARP main and rod bolts, reconditioned heads with torque-lock cups, and ARP 2000 head studs.
The short block runs balanced stock Duramax crank (keyed, with ARP main bolts), balanced stock Duramax rods with ARP rod bolts, coated and chamfered de-lipped pistons, keyed Duramax camshaft, new oil pump, water pump, oil cooler, oil pickup tube, and stock oil pan. Billet crankshaft is available.
The cylinder heads are reconditioned, milled and surfaced, fitted with torque-lock injector cups, new diamond-honed valve guides, premium nickel-based non-magnetic valve seat inserts, new unshrouded valves with a multi-angle valve job, new valve springs, and ARP 2000 head studs on Duramax OEM head gaskets.
