Upgrade your 1999 to 2004 Super Duty steering with a true bolt in kit that installs using basic hand tools and works with your factory wheels and tires. This 7525-01 kit adds a Synergy CNC machined stabilizer clamp so you can run the factory stabilizer or add a FOX or KING upgrade, on top of a heat treated 1.5 inch 4130 chromoly tie rod and USA made 1026 DOM drag link.

- Drag link precision bent from 1.5" x .250 wall USA made 1026 DOM steel tubing
- Tie rod formed from 1.5" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, over 40 percent stronger than OEM
- Single plane tie rod ends eliminate drag link and tie rod flop and remove the on center dead spot
- Synergy metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends with 4140 steel shanks, nitrile boots, and retaining springs
- Double Adjuster Sleeve and forged pinch bolt design allow alignment in the vehicle and prevent jam nut loosening
- Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
- 100 percent bolt on and compatible with stock wheels, tires, and up to 4 inches of lift

- Compatible from stock to 4 inches of lift with the factory pitman arm and track bar bracket. Over 4 inches of lift requires a drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket
- Fits 1999 to 2004 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 and 2000 to 2005 Ford Excursion. Does not fit 2005 and newer F-250 or F-350 Super Duty, which use a different steering system
