The Driven Diesel "Fuel Bowl Delete" Regulated Return Kit for the 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke takes the popular "Standard" Regulated Return to the next level. This kit eliminates the "dead-head" factory fuel rails and provides adjustable fuel pressure by tying the ends of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. In addition to regulating pressure, this kit eliminates the restrictive factory fuel filter bowl, reducing common leak points, improving fuel flow to the heads, and freeing up valuable space in the engine valley. If you are installing new injectors, this kit is highly recommended to protect your investment and maximize performance.

- ADDITIONAL FILTRATION REQUIRED: This kit deletes the factory fuel bowl. You MUST have a secondary filtration system (like the Driven Diesel Pre/Post Kit) installed.
- DOES NOT FIT E-SERIES: This specific kit is for the F-Series and Excursion.
- HPOP COMPATIBILITY: This kit is NOT compatible with vertically stacked Dual HPOP setups.
- BIO-DIESEL: Rated for B20 or less to protect fuel filter element glues.
- REPLACEMENT RETURN LINE: An optional return hose upgrade is available if your OEM metal frame line is damaged or rusted.
- BANJO BOLTS: For maximum flow, we recommend installing a High Flow Banjo Bolt Kit.
