180cc vs 160cc:180cc is the best choice for most OBS trucks. The only time Warren recommends the 160cc injectors is in high altitude locations or for the customer who doesn't want a large power increase. 

The only benefit of the 160cc is that a completely stock OBS truck will see large gains without needed (recommended) exhaust or intake modifications. The stock injectors have an effective flow rate of 90cc.
