1989-2024 Cummins MicroPure XR® Engine Oil Filter (214000767)

Fantastic filter! I love that it has the magnet in it to catch any ferrous metals floating through, and since I have 5th gen Cummins only a matter of time until the hydraulic roller lifters fail. This filter did really suck to install though, the extra length does offer up its own challenges, and I always prime the filter so trying to get it to start to thread on took up as much time as the rest of the job did. Going forward though, this is the only filter I’ll purchase and it will always be from Dirty!

I see why I was told that this is an upgrade from the size filter I was using. Granted Wix isn't slouch but this filter is legit. I will continue to use this filter from now on.

great filter, has a magnet to catch extra debris. not bad to install, pre-filling and putting in place is tricky but its a good filter

I will always use this. Traditional filters got me to 570,000km on my ‘10 Cummins. The 5micron get me to a million. Had to move a plastic wire holder for the longer filter takes 1 second no big deal.
