The BD 1045996-T6 is a 2nd Gen Swap Manifold for the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins that is engineered to help keep your EGT's low and your turbo spool quick. This is a direct fit on any Cummins with a 2nd Gen Swap or a 2nd Gen Style turbo setup.
