The BD Full Bore Exhaust Manifold for the Chevy Duramax engine replaces the factory driver's side "pinched down" unit, restoring exhaust flow and balancing the V8 engine for smoother running. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, the Full Bore is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and is even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes.

Fit perfectly, great upgrade for tuned trucks
Received my manifold and EGT probe quickly. I’ve installed a few of these manifolds over the years. They fit great and hold up to high miles with no leaks. Love that they are pre tapped for EGT.
Fits just as well as the stock one. A lot less restrictive than stock.
