My truck is an extended cab long box 1 ton would this fit

Yes, designed to fit all wheelbases and cab configurations unless otherwise specified.
Will this work with my stock down pipe and do I need a tune to run it ??? I have an 07 LBZ no def on it

This is a down pipe back exhaust so it will work with the stock downpipe but you'll need a tune to account for the removal of the DPF (unless the DEF system has been tuned out).
