Universal 44mm External Wastegate Gen2 (VSR44WG)

The VS Racing VSR 44mm Gen2 is a universal external wastegate for turbocharged builds that bleed exhaust around the turbine to hold a boost target. It is supplied as a complete kit with flanges and arrives set up for a 12 psi base pressure, using a pair of 6 psi springs stacked inside the valve. Three lighter springs come in the box so you can drop the base pressure to suit your combination.

• Spring pressure setup: run the pressure source, normally from the turbo, into one of the three bottom ports and cap the other two. On top, leave one port vented and cap the other.
• Electronic or dome pressure setup: tee the input from your pressure source into the bottom port and run the solenoid output to either top port. Cap the remaining top port unless you are using it for a dome pressure sensor.
• Water cooling is optional. The two 4AN water ports can be left capped or plumbed at any time.
• Base pressure is set by the spring stack. Swap in the included lighter springs to lower it from the 12 psi it ships with.
