I’m happy with the PPE resonator delete overall. The design is clean, lightweight, and looks great installed. As far as sound goes, don’t expect a dramatic increase in turbo noise. I noticed a little more turbo sound, but it is fairly subtle. I did notice a very slight improvement in throttle response. The truck feels just a touch more responsive when getting on the throttle. I haven’t noticed any meaningful horsepower gain, so I wouldn’t buy this expecting a big performance increase. For me, it is more of a clean and simple upgrade that removes the factory resonator, adds a little more turbo sound, and slightly improves throttle response. Overall, it is a nice quality upgrade that cleans up the intake setup without dramatically changing how the truck drives or sounds.
