The OEM down pipe bracket commonly cracks and fails, which lets the down pipe move and contact the up-pipes and damage the exhaust. This replacement is fabricated from 3/16" 304 stainless steel to secure the down pipe and prevent that movement. Built for factory length up pipes on 2001-2016 Duramax and made in the USA.
