The LM2 Duramax fueling system has a known Achilles heel: the cap-less filler neck. This plastic neck is extremely prone to cracking and breaking, especially during cold Canadian winters. We designed the Billet Fuel Filler Cap Fix Kit to solve this issue once and for all. Whether your filler neck is already broken or you want to prevent a future failure, this kit provides the structural reinforcement your truck needs.

Our "Fix Kit" utilizes a unique high-strength stainless steel sleeve and a split clamp system that integrates directly onto the OEM filler neck. This creates a durable, reinforced surface for pump nozzles to interface with. To keep your fuel system clean, we include a billet machined cap featuring an O-ring seal and a 20lb pull-strength magnet to hold the cap securely against the fuel door hinge while you refill.
