Description

If you live in Canada and run a FASS Lift Pump, you shouldn't think twice about picking up their latest Automatic Heater Kit!

 Fits: Universal

The  HK1002 High Output Heater Kit, designed by FASS is thermostatically controlled to automatically fire on when the temperature drops below 34°F. Your fuel is kept heated by the 300 Watt element as the fuel is entering the FASS system. It will prevent the gelling of your diesel fuel in the FASS filters.

As your FASS Systems continually polishes the fuel, it will heat the fuel in your fuel tank to further prevent gelling. Once the HK1002 sees that your fuel is at the optimal temperature it will automatically stop heating to prevent overheating your fuel.

Fass Part Number: HK1002

Ask a Question
  • How does this work on a truck with remote start? Plan to use with a FASS no drop kit on a 2013 LML Duramax

The HK1002 works flawlessly with a factory or aftermarket remote start system, as long as it is wired to an ignition source that becomes active during the remote-start cycle.

  • Just wondering is it 12v or 120v? Can I run it into my block heater cord or do I have to run it onto my battery?

    12v!

  • I’m in an area where it gets below -40 in the winters and average is -20s. Would you recommend using just the HK1002 or should I use both that and a HK1001?

For those temperatures, we strongly recommend running both the HK1001 and the HK1002.

  • Will this work in conjunction with 2 heater probes as well ?

    Yes.

  • Hi, is this a simple 2 wire set up?

    Correct!
