Outset is the distance from the wheel centreplane to the outside of the wheel face, which is the measurement that matters for your rear wheels. Inset is centreplane to the inside of the wheel face, which is what matters up front. There is no offset to choose when you order.

Bolt pattern. 10x285.75mm semi, pre-notched for your truck's lugs.

Tire width. The widest part of your tire should not exceed 11.5 inches (roughly 290 mm). Tread pattern and sidewall both affect how wide a tire actually measures, so check the section width of the specific tire you plan to run rather than going by size alone.
