2004+ Cummins HD AMDP EFILive Tune File

This tune delivers custom power and drivability enhancements across a wide range of Cummins HD applications, from ISB5.9 to X15 engines. Designed for commercial trucks and heavy-duty equipment, this tuning optimizes engine response and efficiency while supporting single power levels.

For use with AMDP EFI Live Custom Tuning only. Requires EFILive V3 AutoCal and a vehicle-specific 9-pin to OBD adapter.

• 2017+ Applications: Use the 2017+ Cummins Green Male to OBD-II Female Adapter (SAE-J1939-G).
• Pre-2016 Applications: Use the Pre-2016 Cummins Black Male to OBD-II Female Adapter (SAE-J1962).

Custom power added tuning is required if the vehicle has a turbocharger or fueling upgrade.

AMDP doesn't support lope or smoke tunes.

Step 1: Purchase Tuning
Step 2: With your EFILive device and 9-pin adapter, pull a read from the ECM
Step 3: Send the read to tunes@dirtydieselcustoms.com with your order number as the subject line. If your Autocal device is not currently linked to the AMDP Master, you will need to request link codes now. If you have this device linked with another tuner, you will need to be unlinked from it first.
Step 4: Within 48 hours, you will receive your tune file back in .bbx format. If you are wanting to flash the file as a pass-through:

Double-click and open your .BBX file from the email, or from wherever you may have saved it on your computer. (This will open the Quick Setup Manager).
Once the Quick Setup Manager is open, right-click on the tune file and then select "Export Tune File".
This will export the tune file to where you save it and convert it to a .CTZ file.
Step 5: Flash the vehicle, and you are done!
