Stanadyne DB2 mechanical injection pump (DB2831-5028) for 1992-1994 Ford F-Series trucks running the 7.3L IDI diesel with a manual transmission. Calibrated to the OE 185 HP power rating — the right pump for stick-shift IDI F-Series restorations.

The manual-trans pump differs from the auto-trans DB2831-5013 in throttle response and shutoff behavior. Running the wrong calibration causes drivability issues — rough idle, weak bottom-end, smoke. Each unit ships flow-tested on a Stanadyne stand against OE spec. Bolts to the factory front cover, uses OE hard lines.
