PPE's heavy-duty 6R80 pan adds 3.3 quarts of fluid capacity over stock and swaps the thin factory pan for cast A356.0-T6 aluminum. External cooling fins and internal baffles reduce fluid temps and maintain consistent pickup under load, while the CNC-machined gasket groove and included rubber gasket seal the pan without leaks. A neodymium magnetic drain plug collects metal particles between fluid changes.

One-inch stainless steel drain plug with high-temperature-rated neodymium magnet

The drain port features a one-inch stainless steel drain plug equipped with high-power neodymium magnet. It catches harmful ferrous particles, keeping them out of the transmission internals and preventing abrasions. The cast-in filter supports ensure proper placement of the OEM filter.
