2024-2026 Duramax L5P AMDP HP Tuners Single to SOTF Upgrade

IMPORTANT: Your previous 2024-2026 L5P single tune MUST have already been purchased.

Upgrade your single power level AMDP tune on your 2024-2026 L5P Duramax to SOTF. Shift on the fly between all five power levels using your factory steering wheel controls, so no extra switch is needed.

Note: This upgrade is for tune files you already own. Your truck still needs the unlocked ECM and the HP Tuners RTD4 or MPVI4 device used for your single tune. If you don't have a single tune yet, click here for the 2024-2026 L5P Custom Tune File and choose the SOTF option instead.

SOTF (Steering Wheel Controls)

• Open tune selection: Hold cruise cancel for 1.5 seconds.

• Pick your level: Use cruise plus or cruise minus to move between tunes. Tap cancel or wait 6 seconds to close the menu.

• Smoke control (LBF): Outside tune selection, hold cruise cancel for 3 seconds to switch. Gray is standard fueling and green is LBF.

• Rumble or Hiss: Outside tune selection, hold cruise up for 3 seconds to switch. You will see 10 or 20 flash and hear the exhaust note change.

• Settings stay saved: Your tune, LBF and Rumble or Hiss choices stay set until you change them.

• Hide the display: Hold cruise cancel for 5 seconds. Your tune stays locked in. Hold cancel for 1.5 seconds to show it again.

• Cruise control note: On trucks without adaptive cruise, hide the tune display to see your cruise set speed. With adaptive cruise, the number may flash after you turn cruise off, and it resets the next time you open tune selection.

Power Levels

• Level 1: 30 HP over stock. Ideal for improved fuel efficiency and light towing.

• Level 2: 60 HP over stock. Enhanced power for moderate towing and daily performance.

• Level 3: 90 HP over stock. Balanced for aggressive driving and light towing.

• Level 4: 120 HP over stock. High-performance tune for demanding street driving.

• Level 5: 150 HP over stock. Maximum power for extreme performance and racing applications.

Requirements:

• A previously purchased 2024-2026 L5P single tune. This upgrade does not include the base tune files.

• The ECM must already be unlocked by HP Tuners (service and unlock are NOT included).

• An HP Tuners RTD4 or MPVI4 device (device is NOT included). MPVI2 and MPVI3 can't be used on this truck.
