  I'm trying to replace my tail lights I've got a platinum so full LED already will this this be a plug and play?

  No. These do not fit trucks with factory full LED tail lights (Platinum and Limited trims). They fit XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Tremor trucks.
