The LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to your 2020-2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty DRW 4WD. Fully adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, it eliminates squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out for safer braking and steering when loaded. Note that installation requires moderate cutting to fit this dually application.
