Does this slip right onto the stock turbo elbow?

Yes, this kit connects directly to the factory turbo geometry, but it replaces the stock cast elbow entirely rather than slipping over it.
Will I need to buy a down pipe as well from a 22 model or will this replace the down pipe on the 26?

This replaces the downpipe, everything turbo back!
