Unlike most tune files on the market, CCS is true custom tuning for your Cummins. Just let us know what you are doing with the truck and we will build tuning written specifically for your truck and your usage.

Coopers Custom Solutions writes their custom tunes for the Cummins in Canada and is highly regarded as one of the best custom tuners for the Cummins engine, allowing you to make safe and reliable power in your 6.7L.

We do not support lope tunes or smoke tunes.

These tunes are built for the HP Tuners RTD4 remote tuning device and are delivered through the HP Tuners TDN app.

Your stock read goes to your tuner in the app and your tune file comes back the same way.

Single Tune

A single-tune option is perfect for customers who want one power level and do not foresee the need to switch tunes. The truck always runs the one tune, much like stock. We can set up a single tune to any supported power level or configuration.

SOTF (Shift On The Fly)

SOTF lets you change power levels on the fly across the 45HP, 75HP, 90HP, 120HP and 150HP levels. Choose CCV SOTF (hardwired switch) or HPT OS SOTF (factory steering wheel controls). Not all trucks support HPT OS SOTF yet, so please contact us before ordering that option.

• An HP Tuners RTD4 device. The 2022-2024 Cummins is tuned remotely through the TDN app.
• An CM2450B ECM Service (HP Tuners unlock). 2022+ Cummins ECMs must be unlocked by HP Tuners before tuning, so the ECM is sent away.
• 6 HP Tuners credits for 2022-2024 ECM tuning.
• An SGM bypass cable. 2018+ Cummins cannot be flashed without it.

• All HP Tuners tunes require a stock read file. Take a stock read (and info log) from the ECM before sending it away for unlock.
•  You will need an HP Tuners RTD4 device, 6 credits, an ECM unlock, and an SGM bypass cable to flash these tunes. 
• You must be running the latest HP Tuners beta.
