Note: This service from HP Tuners is specifically for GM Global B vehicles equipped with the E66 ECM and the 3.0L Duramax engine (LM2 and LZ0 generations). Use of this service requires the latest version of VCM Suite BETA.

Unlock the full potential of your 3.0L Duramax with the HP Tuners E66 ECM Upgrade Service. This one-time, send-in service upgrades your original E66 ECM, making it fully accessible for custom calibration. Once upgraded, you have full access to calibrate, log, and scan via the OBDII port using an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface. There is no need for an IMMO Relearn, Crank Relearn, or to perform the “Replace ECM” function in the VCM Scanner, provided the ECM returns to the original vehicle.

This is a send-in service, which means you must first send us your original ECM. Please read this page in its entirety before purchasing.

*ECMs must be the original unit from the vehicle. Spare ECMs will not be accepted.

• This one-time, send-in GM E66 ECM Service (Global B) (upgrade service).
• Download the latest version of VCM Suite BETA for free.
• Once upgraded, purchase (6) Universal Credits to license your E66 ECM.
• GM Global B vehicle support is compatible only with the MPVI3 and MPVI4 interfaces.
  

Process: Remove your ECM and ship it to HP Tuners. Package the module safely and include the shipping form provided via email after purchase. You must write your order number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

For Canadian Customers: We will cover shipping and provide a label so you can send it directly to HP Tuners.

Once you receive your upgraded ECM, reinstall it into your vehicle. You must then license the ECM by purchasing 6 Universal Credits (sold separately). Once licensed, you can begin custom tuning using your MPVI3/MPVI4 interface and VCM Suite BETA. There is no need for an IMMO relearn or "Replace ECM" function as long as it is the original module.

• This service is only compatible with HP Tuners MPVI3 and MPVI4 hardware.
• Security Warning: While the stock ECM is being serviced, a spare ECM cannot be installed or relearned. Doing so will break the security link, and the upgraded original will no longer function.
• No other tuning or calibration tools can be used with the ECM (including dealer reflash tools).
• Upon reinstallation, the vehicle may need to be sent to a dealer for a system re-sync.
• Universal Credits for licensing are not included and must be purchased separately.
