The stock Ford 6.7L Power Stroke intake manifold severely limits performance with its narrow passages and poorly positioned EGR inlet. These design flaws restrict airflow, reduce velocity, and limit the volume of air reaching your cylinder heads - all bad news for your truck's power potential.

This Zilla Intake Manifold supercharges your Powerstroke with 3.25" stainless tubing and hydroformed runners. The problematic, flow-restricting EGR boss has been eliminated, creating perfect and direct airflow to both cylinder heads. Furthermore, the EGR inlet port has been carefully repositioned and angled to ensure even distribution of fresh air and EGR gases to both banks, thereby maximizing volumetric efficiency. Includes a new stainless EGR pipe and all gaskets.The result is a whopping 69% more airflow rate than stock! 

The turbo inlet system features a 4"  stainless steel design with a dry-carbon-fibre airbox duct. Unlike the shape-shifting stock parts, the PPE components retain a fully round design, maximizing flow and minimizing friction losses. That plastic resonator has been ditched too, cutting weight and turbulence while boosting turbo sound. 

Installation is a breeze with this kit - everything fits like factory.

  • I’m just wondering how would this fit with my s and b intake I have for my 2023 f350 or would it hook up at all and is there a option to getting it without the egr ports?

    No, they will not hook up directly out of the box. PPE explicitly engineered the Zilla Turbo Inlet portion of this kit to connect to the factory, circular-opening lower OEM airbox using a specialized round, dry carbon-fiber duct.
