Build Your Kit

One of the most advanced shock packages Carli offers, the E-Venture 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Shocks are SDI electronically controlled, which read and react 250 times per second for on-the-fly instant shock tuning. Featuring 3 pre-programmed drive modes to cater to any application: Mountain (Rock-Crawl), Street, and Desert Mode. Each mode has been extensively refined and is in order from softest/least sensitive to most controlled/active.

Sway Bar Options

Required

This System has been optimized for use with the Torsion Sway Bar; this sway bar upgrade is a HUGE ride quality upgrade. Maintaining the factory sway bar through use of the Sway Bar Drops or Extended Link Kit is only recommended for customers with snow-plows, in-bed campers or who are constantly hauling to the capacity of the truck.

Rear Leaf Spring Options

Required

This System has been optimized for use with the Full Progressive Leaf Springs. Add-a-Packs are NOT recommended for the F350 (or any F250 equipped with the High Capacity Tow or Tremor Package).

Long Bed Extension Harness

Optional

24" Rear Shock Extension Harness for Super-Cab Long Bed and Crew-Cab Long Bed trucks. NOT required on Single Cab Long Bed or Crew Cab Short Bed.

Leaf Spring Shackle

Optional

The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

2° Pinion Shim

Optional

*OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED* - When modifying the rear leaf springs (add-a-pack or Full Spring Pack) of the 2017+ Super Duty platform, there's a small chance you'll induce a driveline vibration around 70mph when under power from the rear driveline. These pinion shims will correct the angle to 4°-5°, ideal for our lifted applications. Although these will not be "required" on every truck, we've found the 4°-5° spec to be superior in our applications and these are FAR easier to install initially than correctively

Radius Arms

Optional

Icing on the cake, these arms add Additional Tire Clearance, Limit Strap Protection for your Front Shocks, 1/4" Boxed Steel Constructions, Serviceable 17-4 Stainless Spherical Bearings and Adjustable Caster Correction up to 3.5° over stock specs to leave Death-Wobble in the rear-view.

Steering Stabilizer - High mount

Optional

Bolt in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the right-hand pull inherent to tires like Toyo Mud Terrains.

Low Mount Steering Stabilizer

Optional

Bolt in steering stabilizer which compliments a Carli, or factory, high mount stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers.

Trophy Hitch

Optional

Get your over-sized spare out of your bed - crank it into the factory location and secure it with our 3-way tie-down with the Carli Trophy hitch. Boasting 16,000lbs. of capacity via the 3" hitch receiver, direct bolt in installation, and up to a 38" spare tire in the factory location!

  • Pro Mode allows users to adjust the Pitch, Roll, Brake, Throttle, and Steering Response. Don’t worry, if your curiosity gets ahead of you or you failed to track your changes, we’ve implemented a “Restore Default” setting
  • Rear Load Adjustment feature gives the user control over the rear dampers. When loaded, the rear can be adjusted to balance comfort and support, OR max the rear support to prioritize load support
  • Front and rear shock package, linear rate coil springs, brake line kit, bump stop drops, caster correction shims, and adjustable track bar
  • Increases wheel travel to 9" front and 13" rear
