This going to fit my 2021 Mega Cab

Yes, the 4D19M comes with extensions to fit all the factory wheel base options as long as it is a pickup truck and not a cab and chassis.
Do you offer a full 4 inch exhast for rams with air ride ?

The best option for Rams with air-ride is going to be this exhaust pipe HERE.
I have a 2020 bighorn with the stock exhaust system. Can I install this or do I have to do a delete first?

The truck must be deleted first in order to install this.
