2019-2024 Cummins High Output 4.5" Coil Spring Falcon 2.1 Lift Kit 4WD (49-19431)

ReadyLift has upgraded its 4.5" coil spring lift kit for the 2019-2024 Ram 3500 High Output Cummins with four vehicle-specific Falcon 2.1 Monotube Shocks, for improved ride quality, stability and control over the previous kit (49-19430). The kit still carries all the small components a cheaper lift leaves out: ReadyLift's Driveline Indexing System (DIS) with a transfer case clocking ring, OEM output shaft seal and heavy-duty transmission crossmember keeps the transmission and pinion where they belong, so you never get that irritating driveline vibration.

You get big-lift stance and 37" tire clearance in a practical, garage-friendly 4.5" package, with the heavy-duty radius arm, track bar, sway bar and steering correction parts the Ram 3500 needs.

• Single Cab configuration has not been validated for fitment and drivability by ReadyLIFT
• Ram TSB 03-003-23 (ratchet type click heard in 4WD while turning): recommended driveline for the 68RFE is Adams Driveshaft ASDRAM-1350F-5GEN
• Estimated installation time: 12 hours +/- 1 hour, excluding alignment and wheel/tire assembly. Alignment and headlamp aim should be checked after installation
