2017-2026 Duramax S300 Direct Bolt-In Turbo Kit

Looking to ditch the factory VGT on your L5P Duramax? This Smeding Diesel S300 kit is a complete, direct bolt-in package that swaps your stock variable-geometry turbo for a simple, reliable fixed-vane S300 that is capable of up to 850 RWHP while running lower drive pressure than any VGT on the market. Lower drive pressure means lower cylinder pressure, putting less strain on your internals and head gaskets.

The kit is built around the factory setup, reusing your stock intake, stock intercooler piping, and stock up pipes, and it comes with everything needed to bolt it in.

• The cast aluminum compressor wheel has been around for many years and is the more budget-friendly option
• The CNC-machined billet compressor wheel uses stronger material with a more aggressive design for faster spool-up and more power
• The SXE-R wheel is the top-tier compressor option, lightweight and geared toward competition, with quick-spooling characteristics that suit towing, daily driving, or the drag strip

• You must unplug the VGT controller and tune the truck, remove and plug the factory coolant lines, and use an aftermarket flexible oil drain line to match the new housing.
