If you need to add a slight rake back into your pickup, the last thing you should be doing is stacking blocks, this can cause severe damage and is incredibly unsafe. ReadyLift offers a wide variety of rear lift blocks so you can safely add the appropriate amount of height to your truck.  Based on OEM designs and made from cast iron, these blocks are durable, easy to install, and make a great tow package upgrade.

Part Number: 26-2742

Features

  • OEM Style cast iron blocks
  • Longer U-Bolts
  • Necessary hardware
  • Carrier bearing spacer
  • Billet driveline spacer
  • Ideal Tow Package upgrade for stock height, lifted or leveled trucks

Notes

  • The lift blocks in this kit are not designed to work with aftermarket or factory add-on air spring/load leveling kits that attach to the bump stop tangs. Use of this type of air bag system will void all block warranties and can cause failure of the block bump stop tang.
  •  Lift height will vary depending on what factory block your truck has.

Ask a Question
  • I have a 2023 f350 long box and I have a level kit in it. I am wanting to make my back 1 inch higher I’m wondering if this would work I tried to measure my factor block and looks to be 3 3/4 thick

This would raise the back of the truck but may not be high enough if your factory blocks are 3¾" thick. You'll only get about ¼" of rear lift. You could look at a 5" to get you around 1¼" of rear lift. You can check it out HERE.
