Build Your Kit

One of the most advanced shock packages Carli offers, the E-Venture 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Shocks are SDI electronically controlled, which read and react 250 times per second for on-the-fly instant shock tuning. Featuring 3 pre-programmed drive modes to cater to any application: Mountain (Rock-Crawl), Street, and Desert Mode. Each mode has been extensively refined and is in order from softest/least sensitive to most controlled/active.

Rear Leafs

The E-Venture System has been optimized for use with the Full Progressive Leaf Springs. This is the recommended option. Selecting anything other than this option will result in non-optimal operation of the system.

Long Bed Extension Harness

24" Rear Shock Extension Harness for Super-Cab Long Bed and Crew-Cab Long Bed trucks. NOT required on Single Cab Long Bed or Crew Cab Short Bed.

Leaf Spring Shackle

The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

Long Travel Bags

Restores Factory capacity to reduced rate Carli Leaf Springs. Provides the best of both ends of the spectrum. Ride on Carli's soft-rate leaf springs when unloaded then air the bags up to level the chassis and support your load! Standard F250 will have 3.5" Axle Tube, High-Capacity Tow Package F250 will have 4". F350 will have 4" and Dualies will be 4.5". We ALWAYS recommend measuring your axle before ordering as the above are guidelines and should be confirmed prior to ordering!

Fabricated Radius Arms

Icing on the cake, these arms add Additional Tire Clearance, Limit Strap Protection for your Front Shocks, 1/4" Boxed Steel Constructions, Serviceable 17-4 Stainless Spherical Bearings and Adjustable Caster Correction up to 3.5° over stock specs to leave Death-Wobble in the rear-view.

Steering Stabilizer - High mount

Bolt in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the right-hand pull inherent to tires like Toyo Mud Terrains.

Step 8 of 10 · Optional

Low Mount Steering Stabilizer

Bolt in steering stabilizer which compliments a Carli, or factory, high mount stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers.

  • Select from Mountain, Street, and Desert modes to choose the best setting for any terrain. Each setting has been EXTENSIVELY refined and can be activated instantaneously with the push of a button
  • Pro Mode allows users to adjust the Pitch, Roll, Brake, Throttle, and Steering Response. Don’t worry, if your curiosity gets ahead of you or you failed to track your changes, we’ve implemented a “Restore Default” setting
  • Rear Load Adjustment feature gives the user control over the rear dampers. When loaded, the rear can be adjusted to balance comfort and support, OR max the rear support to prioritize load support
  • Front and rear shock package, Progressive-rate coil springs, brake line kit, radius arm drop brackets, bump stop drops, caster correction shims, and adjustable track bar.
  • Increases wheel travel to 10.25" front and 13.0" rear
