Note: There are differentiating factors between R1 & R2 Coil Springs. Review notes tab to ensure you select the proper option for your application

Not to be confused with Progressive Rate or Linear Rate Coil Springs, these Multi-Rate Springs are ideal for the daily driver or part-time off-roader. They provide a slightly softer, more compliant ride at low compression, and become firmer as more force is applied. This helps to dampen small bumps and vibrations; this variable spring rate prevents fatigue and sagging, effectively extending their lifespan.

Part Number: CS-DMRC-14-R1/ CS-DMRC-14-R2

Features

  • R1 Coils provide 1" of lift, R2 provides 2" of lift
  • Multi-rate design ensures optimal handling and control in various driving conditions
  • Payload tested to 1,500lbs
  • Provides 1/2"-1" rear lift depending on bed configuration
  • This spring is recommended to be used in conjunction with Carli extended rear sway bar end links (CS-DEL-R-14) and Carli rear track bar drop bracket (CS-DPRBDROP-14-R)
  • Finished in durable black powdercoat

Notes

IMPORTANT - R1 & R2 Coil Springs:

  • R1: The perfect complement to an unloaded truck with custom-tuned Carli shocks. Ideal for customers desiring a level appearance and the BEST ride with capability up to 1,500lbs of bed-load.
  • R2: Suited to the customer wanting to maintain the payload capacity and factory rake (unloaded), willing to accept a slightly firmer ride vs. the R1 (it is still softer than OEM rear springs). OR – The customer looking for the best ride and level appearance when loaded with a constant 800lbs (i.e., Overlanders).
