Banks got rid of the stock intake's airflow restrictions and opened up substantial power improvements throughout the entire RPM range. They designed-out the swirl valves as well as the EGR so there's nothing holding you back from getting all the power your engine was made to deliver.

Unfortunately this will not fit the Gen3 engin.

Those do not fit the gladiator unfortunately.
Will this work on a 3rd Gen Ecodiesel in the Jeep wranglers?

Unfortunately it will not, will only fit up to 2019 typically for the Grand Cherokee.
