Based on OEM designs, this 6" rear block kit will safely lift the rear of your truck an additional 5" after removing the factory 1" block & will put a slight rake back into your truck for towing.

Notes
  • ReadyLIFT recommends the use of the 67-3809 Rear Shock Extension Kit or longer shocks when using a lift block of this height. The 5" Rear Block Kit works great with the GM 6-lug 2.25" front leveling kits to achieve a mild lift stance with a slight rake.
