Build Your Kit

One of the best off-road suspension systems Carli offers, the Pintop 3.25" lift kit provides you with an all-around terrific ride over any terrain. No compromises were made with the development of this kit. Featuring Carli-specific, blueprinted, King 2.5” shocks that provide 55% more piston surface area and are the pinnacle of performance and capability. These pintop 2.5 remote reservoir shocks provide more fluid volume and piston movement, which results in improved heat dissipation, consistent damping, and a smoother, more comfortable ride. Fully rebuildable, serviceable, and tuneable for whatever your preference is.

Sway Bar Options

Needed to complete this build. Skip only if your truck already has one installed. This System has been optimized for use with the Torsion Sway Bar; this sway bar upgrade is a HUGE ride quality upgrade. Maintaining the factory sway bar through use of the Sway Bar Drops is only recommended for customers requiring the stiff rate of the factory sway bar - i.e.: those with snow-plows, in-bed campers or who are constantly hauling to the capacity of the truck.

Leaf spring Shackle

Optional

Much of the jarring ride of the leaf-spring rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

Fabricated Radius Arms

Icing on the cake, these arms add Limit Strap Protection for your Front Shocks, 1/4" Boxed Steel Construction, and Serviceable 3" - 17-4 Stainless Steel Spherical Bearings.

Low Mount Steering Stabilizer

Optional

Bolt in steering stabilizer replacing the OEM unit in the factory location. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers. Run in conjunction with the Carli High Mount for the ultimate Dual, Opposing Steering Stabilizer combination that's infinitely adjustable.

High-Mount Steering Stabilizer

Bolt in compliment to the Carli Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the right-hand pull inherent to tires like Toyo Mud Terrains. This is NOT a primary stabilizer and MUST be run with either a Carli or OEM lower stabilizer in the factory location.
