The CCS Aisin TCM Tuning is a newly released calibration for those looking to upgrade their tuning package from Coopers Custom Solutions by adding transmission tuning to the Aisin AS69RC. It raises the factory shift points by 16% and increases line pressure 15% over OEM, giving you firmer, better timed shifts and more clutch holding capacity behind the added power of your ECM tuning.

Higher line pressure puts more clamping force on the clutch packs and prevents them from slipping, which is what causes excessive early wear once a truck is making more power than the factory calibration was written for. Raising the shift points keeps the transmission in the right gear for the new torque curve instead of shifting on the stock schedule. Coopers Custom Solutions recommends running their ECM files alongside the TCM files for the best results, as the two are calibrated together so the transmission shifts to match the engine tune rather than fighting it.

• 2025+ Cummins are not supported.
