Description

The Industrial Injection 22C411 is a 2nd Generation S400 turbo swap kit for the 2013-2018 6.7L Cummins. It's the popular upgrade path for owners who want better spool response, lower EGTs under load, and the airflow headroom to run injector upgrades — without the complexity or cost of a full compound setup. The S400 platform is the proven workhorse turbo for diesel performance; this kit gets one bolted to your truck with all the supporting hardware in a single box.

The kit ships with multiple compressor and turbine housing options, so you pick the configuration that matches your build target. Smaller wheels and tighter housings spool quicker for daily-driver and tow rigs; larger wheels and looser housings flow more for higher-horsepower builds. Industrial Injection recommends injector upgrades in parallel for the best results — the stock injectors limit what the new turbo can do.

This is a race-only product. The 6.7L Cummins is emissions-controlled from the factory; installing an aftermarket turbo defeats those controls and is not legal for on-road use.

  • what all is inclueded in this kit? and will I need to retune my truck even though it is already tuned?

    You will get the piping and intake, your choice of turbo from the options, the manifold, air filter, lines and hardware, everything you see in the picture there. Tuning is absolutely needed after installing this. Your truck's computer needs to be told that the factory VGT has been replaced by a fixed-geometry S400 to prevent immediate error codes and limp mode.

    S464 with a .90 Turbine A/R.

  • Is this kit for a 2021 6.7 Cummins?

    This will not work with a 2021.
