1) On the outside of the ORIGINAL box, please write "Core Return" and your Original Invoice Number/Order Number.

2) Ship your core with tracking to:

3) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

Note:

Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover return shipping costs for core items. You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning their core.

This long block is engineered for durability and reliability, built with CNC blueprinting, precision machining, and strict quality control. Each unit includes a remanufactured block, crankshaft, rods, pistons, camshaft, and D&J Precision Plus Reman Cylinder Head, all thoroughly inspected and assembled by expert technicians. This long block comes pre-lubed with break-in oil, painted black, and includes the oil pan and front timing cover for easy installation.
