Yes, the exhaust will fit all wheel base trucks. There are different length pipe sections in the box to accommodate.
I have a 2015 ram 2500 with rear coils with aftermarket air ride will this fit?

It would certainly be tight! We have made these kits fit with the rear coils no problem, you may just need to tweak some hangers.
Mate will this fit a 2019 3500 cab chassis ? If not is the length of the chassis the difference?

You'll need something along the lines of these 2013-2024 Cumming C&C 4" DPF Race Pipe (411037) - not quite the same though.
