Much of the jarring ride of the leaf-spring rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

Features

  • Front and rear shock package, long arm system, front bump drops, braided brake lines, multi-rate coil springs, fabricated shock towers, and adjustable track bar.
  • The fabricated long arm system is capable of 14" of travel and is 50% longer than factory control arms
  • Fully serviceable joints, resulting in zero-bind articulation
  • The truck will sit 2.5-3" higher (year/cab configuration dependent), and wheel travel will be increased by a whopping 70%
  • Fits up to 37" tires with ease for a more aggressive appearance and better off-road performance

  • This System Requires the Torsion Sway Bar and Full Progressive Leaf Springs to properly function.
