2011+ Powerstroke Delta Series CNC Ported Cylinder Heads (67P-CH-532-2)

The Kill Devil Diesel Delta Series CNC Ported Cylinder Heads are built to get past the airflow limits of the factory 6.7L Powerstroke head. Every Delta Series head starts as a brand-new OEM Ford casting and is machined in-house with CAD-designed port profiles on 5-axis CNC equipment, so every port flows the same from cylinder to cylinder.

The port shapes were developed in CAD using OEM Ford data, including the complete water jacket geometry, which lets KDD port aggressively while holding safe wall thickness in every critical area. Designs are validated with sonic testing and the water jackets are left completely untouched. KDD also worked with airflow specialist Darrin Morgan on the port work.

The factory 6.7L intake port has blind areas behind the cast-in plenum that cannot be ported. On Level 3 heads KDD removes that plenum and replaces it with a bolt-on plenum machined from a 20 lb billet aluminum block down to 2 lb.
